Survey on Teachers’ Experiences with Climate Change – ACE wants to learn more about teachers’ thoughts and feelings about climate change and also their experiences teaching climate change. This survey can be completed from any device, will be confidential, and will take approximately 20 min. Participants will be entered into a raffle for one of five $50 gift cards!

North American Environmental Education (NAEE) 2022: Education for Change (10/11-10/15) – Returning to in-person in Tucson, Arizona, NAAEE’s 2022 conference will focus on the powerful role education can play in creating healthier communities and tackling today’s complex environmental and social issues. 2022 Accelerating Climate Capacity, Engagement, and Leadership Summit (ACCELS) 9/22-9/23 –This September, climate and energy literacy leaders will come together to share and learn, and to explore collaborations for the next year. Anyone who works in climate & energy education is invited to participate in the ACCEL Summit.

Deep Time: Discovering an Ancient Earth – A free-access Coursera offering from Dr. Alan Lester, UC, Boulder. Mini-lectures and virtual field trips on the origins of geology, discovering Earth’s age, the making of continents, seas, North America, and the Rocky Mountains. Free educational use, but if interested in a “course certificate” (for recertification hours and/or professional development) there’s a nominal fee.
